India is considered as the best country in the world in terms of its culture and traditions. Spirituality and philosophy of India attracts many people around world. Astrology is one of the organs of Indian spirituality and philosophy. It is a knowledge that puts lights on the past, present and future of people. According to Vedic Astrology, we can confirm all the queries of our life through the analysis of our birth-chart. In India the birth-charts of bride and groom are matched before their marriage.
In North India, the birth-charts of bride and groom are analyzed through Ashtkoota and in South India through 20koota. Ayu Varga is one of the 20kootas. Let us discuss about it:
The birth-charts are matched by Ayu Varga to predict the income of the family after marriage. In North India this method is used for Vastu. That means when you buy a new house or enter in your new house, then through Ayu Varga the income of the family is assessed. However this method in South Indian Astrology is used to match the birth-charts of bride and groom. There are total 8 types of Aye:
- 1. Dhwaj
These eight ayes are placed in order and move clockwise from east direction starting from Ashwini Nakshatra. They are placed three times in eight directions. After this, the remaining three Nakshatras are established in dhwaj, dhoom and singh Ayes to assess the Nakshatras of bride and groom. During the assessment of Nakshatras of bride and groom if they are located in Ayes which are fifth from both the Ayes, then there could be situations of conflicts between them. Ayu Varga is similar to Varga Vair, which is popular in North India. If you analyze through Vair Varga, then the birth-Varga is conflictual from the fifth Varga. Similarly, the fifth Aye from the birth Aye is conflictual.
According to Astrology, if the warga of bride and groom do not match, then there will be conflicts between them after marriage. If the Nakshatras at the edges of a line in Ayu Varga Chakra contradict, it will give rise to conflicts in the married life of the bride and groom. However, if the Nakshatras are located on any other line, then it is considered auspicious for marriage.
